I cannot believe this place. We rented here for over a year. Started having rodent problems so decided to move our stuff out. Spoke to them in early Dec notifying them of move out. Called again and confirmed the unit was empty end of December. In January I recieved a email that our rent was late. I called once again and was assured everything was fine and to disregard the email. It's now February and I get a letter from a collection agency for $75. We used storage ninjas in Ashland when we moved. The customer service was excellent. They were able to reach me after hours to provide access to the unit. I was incredibly pleased with the way they handled cancellation when we were finished with the unit. The process was simple and easy and they were proactive in processing everything. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
I want to like this place but they don't make it easy. My door is broken....but they tell me it's fine. And the weeds that grow 3 ft tall in front of my door is a pain. If they took care of those things I would give a better rating.
Gladys was so helpful. She made renting a unit so easy.
