DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES Very rude staff. They do U-Haul reservations and add coverage without asking. I put online no coverage and they change it for you without asking. I’ve reserved at other locations and they always confirm my online selection before proceeding. I called to let them know and the man started screaming and being completely rude and unprofessional.
solo cumple en guardar tus cosas, por lo demás no bueno y si sacan todas sus cosas asegúrense en cancelar su cuenta de banco , por que aunque te digan que ya esta todo listo, te siguen sacando el dinero y no te avisan , y si pides reembolso esperas muchos dias para que solo te devuelvan la mitad y tienes que ponerte rudo para que pase eso.
Rude staff. They expect you to just leave your packages without giving you any type of receipt. I wouldn't trust them with my package.
