My bf has had his things in one of these units for almost 4 years and has ALWAYS paid. The last few months the old lady that manages them has gone crazy!!! Has called us the past few months saying we didn't pay! We had to give our receipt numbers! Crazy!
Absolutely rude customer service is non existent fails to give all information does not work with out of town customers well at all
