Very helpful and friendly management, easy process with great prices. 1st pick for storage, for sure.
No issues with storage unit. Was easy to rent and leaving was easy - just took lock and left. They set up auto pay which is nice. Only downsides - fees (can't remember if it was rent or some of those added costs) did increase twice in the 9 months I was renting. They started at $99 and was up to $126.52 by the end. Also, they do not pro-rate on the move-out month so once the month is paid for no getting a refund if you leave early.
They have been very helpful and made my move in process easy
Update 2- despite telling them that they are not allowed to call my phone They have continued to harrass me for the last 2 years. They have entered my unit illegally without my permission and without informing me. They took stuff from my unit without informing me. This company CONSTANTLY violates MN law and cant even maintain a basic clean facility. there are plenty of other storage facilities that you can rent at for LITERALLY half the cost.
