Terrible experience. They do not allow 24 hour access and have mice and can never get a hold of anyone. For $132 a month I expect to be able to come and go as I please and to not have my child’s things eaten by mice. I’ll be moving my stuff ASAP.
0 STAR — DO NOT RENT HERE Absolutely terrible experience. This facility has a serious mouse infestation, and it is completely unacceptable. If you’re storing anything you actually care about, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this place. There are mice getting into units, leaving droppings, and damaging/contaminating people’s belongings. Staff great, very helpful & polite. Facilty better for short term and not very air tight. Could use a concrete ramp at Exit doors and maybe smoother load/unload area. I am fit for my older (female) age but carrying heavy boxes to truck over rocks or down a large step is not easy, ...but unit fit my needs at the time.
