Rude arrogant and unhelpful staff. I was treated with utter disrespect and contempt over the phone on Monday whilst trying to organise the van. Its also like an absolute oven inside the units with no ventilation airflow or climate control what so ever. There is also very little space to manoeuvre around the storage yard. I would hate to be driving or storing anything big as it would be an absolute nightmare to manoeuvre around. Worst place I've ever been too they will tell you something at first then tell you another much more later on my recommendation is for people never to go there
Friendly service, fantastic system I recommend Storage King
If I could give zero stars I would. We have a licence on the Vic Roads app, a birth certificate and a wallet full of ID (Medicare cards etc), but Storage King wants a physical driver's licence. The Vic Roads app is good enough for the police, but not for Storage King. The rudeness that went along with that was uncalled for and so unhelpful. So we took our business elsewhere. Can thoroughly recommend Fort Knox.
