How many times do we have to complain about the keypads not functioning as intended and not being able to access my 24hr access unit. I’ve been told I need to use a pen or something with a point and press hard and wait in between inputs. Keeping a tool in my vehicle when I visit and still taking 10-15 min attempting to get in and sometimes out. Spent 20 min prior to writing this review trying to get stuff I need before this freeze/storm comes over the weekend. Will be changing to another business soon.
Always clean, staff are helpful. My things are safe, dry and available when I need them.
The staff at this location were very nice. We stored our equipment by the parking spaces near the office. They’re very accommodating. Thank you, if we’re ever near the area again we’ll definitely be stopping by to see if there are units available. Thank you!
