As the owner of Complete Custom Shipping, I use the facility quite often and refer everyone who ask me where is the best place to store their items. With an amazing, drive-in loading area and the convenience of never worrying about weather it makes all your loading and unloading a breeze. The only issue i encounter as a mover is that I wish they kept more large units available on the main floor or closer to the elevator for ease of service and reduced loading/unloading time. Otherwise it's a 5 star location.
The manager Vernon Doyle and his two co-workers offer excellent customer service,friendly, efficient and professional. The facility is always clean,bug & rodent free. Your belongings come out in the same condition they go in.

Vern gave excellent service great to deal with set up my locker all over the phone then call me back to confirm everything is set up.
Used the service for about four months. Had to make a last minute change and get a larger unit on moving day, all went smoothly. Nice clean facility. Very nice that you’re unloading inside a building to keep everything warm and dry.
