Dirty. No hand cart anymore (and 3 janky wheels when it was here). Elevator didn't work. All of this and they still had the nerve to raise rent from 65 to 75. Don't rent here. It's run like shit.

This is by far the worst storage company I ever dealt with! 0 out of 5. I reserved a unit and it took my money and never was able to move in. I called customer service and keep getting the run around and no unit after paying for it. Customer service said the manager was going to call me and I waited 4 hours and no call back. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional and I’ll be filing a bigger claim if no one calls me back.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Moving is already stressful enough and the least stressful thing should be utilizing a company that specializes in storgage. We arrived and there were someone else’s items in our unit - i called and explained to customer service that the moving company i paid for was on their way and i needed to be dealt with ASAP. I had the worst experience with this storage. I rented a 10x20 storage unit paid $119 for it. Went to bring all my belongings to the unit to find out that someone already had the unit with a lock on it. I contacted customer service which then the had to call the manger and what they could for me was give me two unit 10x10 me having to pay $70 for one of the units and the other unit was free for 3 months and then after that I had to pay an additional $70.
