RENTERS BEWARE>>> 1) Space offered on the website for the unit at the Pardeeville location was incorrect- A larger size listed than what was actually there. 2) Price was changed to a higher price within 10 days of move in. 3) I have left messages to be contacted several times- No calls back. 4) No one is available on the call center to address issues. 5) Seems like a predatory and dishonest business with my experience thus far.

Dirty. No hand cart anymore (and 3 janky wheels when it was here). Elevator didn't work. All of this and they still had the nerve to raise rent from 65 to 75. Don't rent here. It's run like shit.

This is by far the worst storage company I ever dealt with! 0 out of 5. I reserved a unit and it took my money and never was able to move in. I called customer service and keep getting the run around and no unit after paying for it. Customer service said the manager was going to call me and I waited 4 hours and no call back. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional and I’ll be filing a bigger claim if no one calls me back.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Moving is already stressful enough and the least stressful thing should be utilizing a company that specializes in storgage. We arrived and there were someone else’s items in our unit - i called and explained to customer service that the moving company i paid for was on their way and i needed to be dealt with ASAP.
