I patroned this facility for 2 years. Stopped renting my unit at the end of January and still have not received my security deposit back. They do not reply to any emails, they do not return my calls, just have a 3rd party service answer and tell you management will call you back, but they don't. Very unprofessional. Edit: 4 months later and I received my security deposit. Never got a phone call or explanation. Hope the owners okay but renter beware.

Storage Inc. Pardeeville location is fantastic- Had what I needed and the new owner as of February 2026 has been great to work with; prior owner and biz structure was not ideal. The new sheriff in town is solid.

RENTERS BEWARE>>> 1) Space offered on the website for the unit at the Pardeeville location was incorrect- A larger size listed than what was actually there. 2) Price was changed to a higher price within 10 days of move in. 3) I have left messages to be contacted several times- No calls back. 4) No one is available on the call center to address issues. 5) Seems like a predatory and dishonest business with my experience thus far.

Dirty. No hand cart anymore (and 3 janky wheels when it was here). Elevator didn't work. All of this and they still had the nerve to raise rent from 65 to 75. Don't rent here. It's run like shit.
