If i could give a 0 star i would. Moving is already stressful enough and the least stressful thing should be utilizing a company that specializes in storgage. We arrived and there were someone else’s items in our unit - i called and explained to customer service that the moving company i paid for was on their way and i needed to be dealt with ASAP. I had the worst experience with this storage. I rented a 10x20 storage unit paid $119 for it. Went to bring all my belongings to the unit to find out that someone already had the unit with a lock on it. I contacted customer service which then the had to call the manger and what they could for me was give me two unit 10x10 me having to pay $70 for one of the units and the other unit was free for 3 months and then after that I had to pay an additional $70. What a nice storage facility to store my belongings in for a few months! It is clean and well kept up. I have found that if I go on off hours, it is much better. Especially when my unit is up on the 2nd floor. They do have an elevator and 2 carts for you to use, but you are more apt to get a cart, or two if you don't go during "peak hours." All in all, I am very happy with the storage facility and my unit. And I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a climate controlled facility to store their things.
