So far so really good. I rented a unit today, this morning. I spoke with Barb. Customer service was exceptional. Called me back explaining she was with a customer when I called in. Called me in 5 minutes or less it seemed. The transaction for a unit was completed in minutes. Consultation on size of unit I needed was handled knowledgeablely and kindly. And I haven't even put my stuff in yet! Feeling confident about the experience and transaction. Professional and knowledgeable.
Barb you are the best ,thank you
