Good storage facility. 24 HR access is fantastic.
Unit leaked when it rained. Called after noticing the first time and was told "oh well, claim damages through house insurance , put skids down." It happened a second time so we removed our belongings. I have been told the problem has been addressed. Hoping there are no more leaks to cause others damage.

Barb was wonderful to deal with. She was very accommodating and helpful. I can't say enough of the positive experience. The facility is clean , well kept and security protected as well as rodent protected.
