Had my stuff stored there for over 3 years. Never late with my rent, but one day got a registered letter telling me that my unit was being sold. Questioned why, said I was late but I had paid my rent in full. They removed my lock went into my unit and took the valuable items out. Put their lock on it. When I ask for my items back they refused. Said I signed a contract about if my unit was broken in to. But storage for less, broke into my unit, not a thief in general
