I couldn’t be happier with this storage facility! Renting online was fast and easy—I moved in the same day without any hassle. When I lost my keys, they had a new lock ready within hours. The prices are the best around, the staff are professional and friendly, and the property is clean, secure, and well lit. I never feel rushed or bothered when I visit, and unlike my old facility, I haven’t seen a single spider here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—highly recommend

This is the best storage places in the Rogue Valley. I highly recommend them . Their customer service is outstanding .If you need anything stored they will take care of you, their prices are reasonable, and they have security so it makes me feel good for having my stuff up there. This is a local family and they are very nice people to work with. I guarantee you will be happy if you store your stuff up there. It's very clean and organized.

Best deal in southern Oregon for portable storage! I chose Storage Emporium because they answered the phone when I called, I wasn't sent to a dispatcher in another state. Also, since they make their own containers I had no problem reserving one. No "out of inventory" excuses, or waiting lists. Plus their rates beat the national chain prices.
