I couldn’t be happier with this storage facility! Renting online was fast and easy—I moved in the same day without any hassle. When I lost my keys, they had a new lock ready within hours. The prices are the best around, the staff are professional and friendly, and the property is clean, secure, and well lit. I never feel rushed or bothered when I visit, and unlike my old facility, I haven’t seen a single spider here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—highly recommend

I hunted around for about 15 days to find the right combination of professionalism finally Ness and a facility that was kept correctly and eventually I found exactly what I needed at storage of Emporium and man am I happy that I took the time to find the right!!! I actually see myself being able to stay here so long as I live in the valley, and so long as I own my RV! This is the best storage places in the Rogue Valley. I highly recommend them . Their customer service is outstanding .If you need anything stored they will take care of you, their prices are reasonable, and they have security so it makes me feel good for having my stuff up there. This is a local family and they are very nice people to work with. I guarantee you will be happy if you store your stuff up there. It's very clean and organized.

The unit was clean and durable. They promptly delivered when we called to rent it and picked up the day we let them know we were done. They were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about their products. All of our belongings stayed dry and in perfect condition despite all of the rain fall we had when we used the pod.
