10/10, Tailor was so nice, informative, and effective! She answered all of my questions and even added some great supplemental knowledge. The facilities are very clean and safe, it’s very easy to maneuver around the premises, and climate control and safety aspects are top tier! Also, shout out to the moving carts that are available. Thank you for all the help!

I had to make a last minute reservation for a Saturday morning to pick up within 30 mins of making it Taylor was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up having an issue with my hitch after trying to hook up the trailer. She called to the other uhaul in our town and got us another rental that would work with the hitch I had. She refunded me as soon as she got back in the building and we were on the way to get the other trailer. It’s hard to find dedicated workers and she’s definitely one of them!!
