I used the online service to rent a unit that specified it was at the location I needed. However, when I went to the location to move in, the unit I rented wasn't there. Customer service was no help and in fact, argued with me that the unit was there. I sent an email and ultimately, it was acknowledged the unit was, in fact, at a different location. Couldn't get door code when I had help had to haul to dump and no refund no good greedy ppl
Pay for climate control. All the air conditioners are broken and have been for a year. Temp regularly over 100° and the owners will not authorize funds for them to be fixed. Buyer beware.
Needed a storage unit asap and Heather was fabulous at assisting me. Clean and easy to locate facility.
