Great company to deal with. Ample room in the units at more than fair rates. Communication is definitely the key, they respond to any and all questions within a more than timely manner, and are very informative and tentative to said questions or concerns you may have. This is the storage company to go with if you’re in need of great service, good security and a real piece of mind here in the Globe Miami area. You will not be disappointed.
This place is definitely managed very well. Thanks to the managers for being so helpful answering all my questions and concerns.
First off the staff is awesome very helpful and available. The security is great a lot of cameras and personal PIN codes that open the gate. The area is always clean and the unit I’m renting was cleaned, painted and sealed on the inside prior to putting things in it. Online payments make it easier and they also have payment reminders emailed to you, which is nice. They have several sizes available and when I had to downsize they made it as easy as possible. I would recommend this business to anybody.
Don't know who he is, but was at MANAGERS trailer....bad attitude....very unprofessional when asking questions about the units.....backyard with 4+ pitbulls in it....stated..."we now do everything online".... Also said" well your free to rent from another business". Sad. Really should be 0 stars.
