Quick to give my unit to me I’m glad I’m having yall guys I give 5 stars they have the cleanest units and I’m pleased to say even tho I filled everything out online on how quick they marked my unit for me and sent me my email to hurry and move stuff to storage 5 stars thank yall so much. 2024: Five stars. Never had a problem with anything except one time I had a problem with the roof and it was fixed immediately. Even if none is in the office, they always answer and are very courteous and helpful. The one time they didn’t answer that phone, they called me right back. Update 1-8-2025 No problems and would give 5 stars this go around but the gate has been non functional for some time now. As in months. Just would like to know if this is ever going to be fixed.
