I’ve had my storage unit for many years with storage depot. My belongings have always been taken care of and they are very secure. The few problems I’ve ever had, no fault of theirs, they have always been available to help out. Would highly recommend them.
The young ladies that I spoke with were very helpful, and moving in was easy. They have updated the gate security. I have enjoyed doing business with Storage Depot. My things are safe and secure.
Getting set up online was super easy. Storage unit was ready with a lock & it was clean. The only thing I think that could use improving is pest control. I noticed several wasps nests near my building and as someone who is allergic it makes it a little nerve-racking to worry about getting stung. Otherwise, I think this will be a good place to store my spring/winter items.
Have had no problems with this company . Easy rental and payments
Good clean space and plenty of cameras around for security and no trash laying around.
