They owners have been good to deal with and my overall experience is positive. I recommend others use this storage facility.
Gwen has been absolutely amazing! My uncle recently passed, she’s helped me working through his units while I clean out things and get things straight within his estate. She’s very understanding and always answers when needed! Highly recommend her!

The new locks look super strong and I’m very impressed with this business’s response! I typically don’t see businesses responding to reviews (good or bad) but the Storage Depot has addressed concerns and has taken action by adding new, stronger locks! 5 stars because I truly appreciate business owners that are serious about addressing concerns and making changes to better the services they provide for their customers. You don’t find that very much these days. Thank you Storage Depot, I highly recommend!
