Great place so far. worked out some units for us after hours, very friendly and patient. Good customer service and introductory prices!
I've only had my stuff in the unit for a month and everything is caked in a layer of dust/dirt. So anytime I need to use anything I have to clean it off at the unit before putting it in my car. Thank god I didn't put any fabrics in there.
I called and was able to get answers to all my questions, reserve the space, and set up an account within 15 minutes. It was such a smooth and appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of the person I chatted with.
Just ignore these reviews! They con people into giving good reviews by giving discounts if you rate them 5 starts BEFORE you rent your unit. Followed by countless issues with gate codes, service fees, random payment pull dates, and customer service that repeats "I'm not quite sure how that happened and there's not really much I can do for you other than to make you pay anyways"
