Cindy the manager was very helpful fixed the issues and confusion that there partner company that handles there online booking if u need a 24 hour storage come down to secure storage

I was renting a storage unit for my grandson (kinda of an emergency situation) over the phone from Storage Corner. I was on the phone with Rochelle. I was in a low service area for cell service but Miss Rochelle was SO VERY kind. She didn't get frustrated, she was extremely patient with my terrible phone service and my lack of tech abilities. Thank you, thank you!! And just an FYI nobody offered a discount for a 5 star review. I asked Rochelle if I could give a review because I was SO impressed with her customer service.
Great place so far. worked out some units for us after hours, very friendly and patient. Good customer service and introductory prices!
