I have pretty severe storage unit trauma. When I was a kid, my parents lost everything we owned, and I've been very hesitant to use a storage unit myself. Storage Corner has been very patient with me and transparent! I have personally had a great experience and would recommend them.
I’ve been renting here for the last couple months and I’ve really been impressed with their customer service. I spoke to Jessica on the phone when I got set up with my unit and she helped me with everything. Great service! I never felt like I was being upsold on anything either and just pitched options for what I actually need.
Called support for options on a unit I’m looking to rent for my families winter gear and Misty was professional, friendly, and made everything very easy to understand! Most likely will be renting here.
