Made a reservation for motor home storage and went to show required documents and pay. The place is run down with alot of junk in storage. Office locked and dark. Left vm, sat for 40 minutes. No call back and nobody showed up. Took my $ to Storage Rentals of America. Much nicer facility.
Great customer service. Lisa is so kind.
Can't get ahold of anyone. A storage unit was broken into and vehicle was damaged
New owner!!!! He is really making Storage Connection a super place with new security as well as making the place spick & span. Add the fact that his rates are by far the best around and it is a no brainer when looking for a storage unit!
