My family and I have stored items at other storage units, and by far, Storage City has been my favorite. The ease of getting to my unit, the ac, the communication I’ve had with customer service have all been great!
I’ve been renting a storage unit here for a few years now and have been very pleased. It was very easy to setup my account and rent the unit online. I like that there’s an option to autopay. The building is always clean and I feel safe going there alone. A plus that there is keypad entry for security and convertible hand trucks available to use. Great customer service.
Great place to store our boat. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Payments are also eady to do online.
Good price, friendly staff, climate control is wonderful. Have had instant response any time i have had to message.
