Great facility, always clean and easy to access, friendly staff. There is one employee in particular that always is so helpful and she always goes above and beyond!
I had a great experience with the customer service offered by Josie. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and she made sure I was completely satisfied before ending the interaction. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly values its customers and goes the extra mile to provide excellent support. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.
I’ve had one or more storage units at this location since at least 2021. The units are clean and pest free, and everything is climate controlled so my belongings are in the same shape as when I first brought them for storage. The location is safe and secure, and the staff have always been helpful, with Josie being especially delightful . I just emptied my last storage unit since I purchased a townhome, but I would definitely come back for any storage need I have in the future. 10/10 - highly recommended.
