Hilda Hynes & Josie Keenan have got to be your treasured employees. Not only do they make the process of renting a unit easy, but they go beyond the call of duty! Our lock wasn't working right, a new lock was recommended & yes, we finally had to breakdown & get a new one. Their patience is beyond!
I love the customer service that Josie Keenan gave me..I was well taken care of..she’s awesome!!
I feel like for the time and place, the price is fair. I like the first month is cheap and there are no hidden fees (in person). Hilda helped me through it the whole time and was VERY funny and VERY honest/transparent. Usually these places are dark and gloomy; and that makes me anxious, but because of her personality alone, I felt much more comfortable. Thanks guys!
I had such a great experience with Storage Center in Wesley Chapel! Hilda and Josie were very informative, honest, & very down to Earth. The prices are very fair for this area. The inside and outside of the property are pristine!
