Had stuff in storage here for about a year. Clean area, quiet neighborhood . Easy to get to, easy to set up and pay online. Prices very cheap compared to others. Only security is the lock you put on your door. Wasn't a big deal to us, but just know it's not a gated storage area. Payment due on 1st of every month. If you are there past the 1st, you have to pay for the entire month regardless of when you leave. I have been using a unit in their Kiowa facility for a little over three years. I had recently lost my job so was a couple weeks late on my rental payment. Their software added a $35 late fee automatically. However, when I called and spoke with Kassie, she agreed to waive the late fee immediately when she reviewed my account because for those three years, I had never made a late payment. Great facility!

This is the best storage unit we have ever rented. We truly appreciate the owners being so helpful! Highly recommend!
