The employees are amazing with answering questions, hard working, and incredibly helpful! Very knowledgeable about permits and requirements. They often work late to accommodate customers and people seeking quotes! Very nice family owned business with quality sheds.

We are very pleased in working with Storage Buildings Unlimited. I visited their Cleveland office/display and picked up their catalog and called them. Dawn was able to answer all my questions and gave me a quote that we ultimately chose. Even though our power was out due to the tornados, Bill came and completed the tear-down and haul-away. He returned the next day (still without power), and began building the 8’ X 8’ shed. First shed we ever had built and I wish I had been a little better informed of the details. Otherwise a good solid little building, straight level and tight. Just be double dog sure you ask about everything including dimensions (like how tall the wall actually is) and if they use tar paper under the shingles. *Update, we had some minor issues and they came out right away and took care them and you can't ask for more. Overall we are very happy with the shed.
