Really solid local business. It’s nice being able to call and talk to someone instead of dealing with an automated system. Units are clean and the process was quick and easy. Would definitely use them again.
Ive used other storage places in the past, which I was happy with, BUT STORAGE BANKS take customer service and personal service to another level. The people who run it have been beyond kind and helpful. Super simple to reserve online and easy to find my unit there. The pricing is the best you will find, was for me! I have never had an issue reaching someone, and i cant say enough great things about this place . Storage Banks is the best!!!
Have had my storage unit for years and never had better service and the staff is friendly and wonderful
