I had a storage locker here for several years. The company responds promptly to phone calls and emails. My locker was secure - except once when I forgot to lock it ! The office noticed quickly and put a new lock on. I am grateful for the compassionate and kind service. Move out was easy.
I have been a customer of Storage Alberta for better than ten years. The facility is clean and secure. The staff is always friendly and wanting to help when I need it. I can remember a tune when I left without locking my locker. The staff closed and locked it and called me to let me know what had happened. I lost nothing thanks to their attentiveness.
I recently got to know this place and when I wanted to rent a storage unit, I was met by the worker Saqib, he is friendly and sociable, he showed me everything and told me everything. I recommend this place because the people working here are very polite and kind.
