Their family is great, but.. I'm 74 years old and don't do email. They ONLY invoice by email. And, they don't politely call if you are late paying. Rather, they charge you an outrageous late fee of $50. It seems they are out to make late fees a critical part of their income, regardless of the pain or situation of their customers. In short, I will go somewhere else next time.
The whole place is very well kept—staff is unnecessarily rude.
Let me.be clear as 105 seems to be mistaken as to who I am. I was a poetential client that reached out to this facility about renting a unit for storing my products for my construction business when we had overflow that we couldnt store at our business. And the fact that 105 wants to pint out i only give 1 stsr reviews those are for businesses like this one thet desetve a 1 stsr review due to tehir arrogance and incomptetent attitudes towards the genrsl public. Has been a decent facility but the unit i am renting about 3 months after I moved in i get a notice about rent going up. They jumped my rent the following month by $300. Wow. The same size unit i can get across town for about $500 less. If I would.have known the rent was going up i would have never moved in. Now I have a unit full and I can ether keep paying their absorbent fees or pay to have my stuff moved. Very disappointed with this facility as rhey are the most expensive units in all of Conroe now. I spoke to a very nice woman and signed a contract for an indoor storage unit. The details for my access code and specific storage unit were sent to my email. We could not find my storage unit anywhere and it had been a long day of moving. It appears the unit on my agreement was actually outside and on one of the farthest exterior rows. It was the weekend and there was no way to correct the situation with my belongings in the fray.
