UNSAFE WORK SITE. PLEASE BE AWARE OF PERSONAL INJURY! These people have utter disrespect for contractors visiting their property. Uneven walking surfaces caused one of our workers to seriously injure his ankle. We reported this to management which in return handled the matter in an unprofessional manner. Management threatened to call the police unless I come visit their office to discuss the matter. I have never experienced getting threatened in this manner before. Amazing customer service, clean and secure units.
Brand new and Very clean storage facility. Anna at the reception desk is helpful and pleasant . I recommend it highly.
This location is brand new. The office manager Anna is great and very informative and nice. The storage is well maintained and clean.
The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. She explained everything necessary to make the process easy and clear. They also give you gifts when you first signed up which is icing on the cake!!
