The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, and their prices are very competitive. I also feel like the facilities are the cleanest and are well-kept, far superior to all the other places I checked out. I will say they jumped my rates by 40% after a few months. I’m not sure if I’ll return next yr or not, and when I visited mid-winter the security gate was wide open for over a couple months.
People were good to deal with and site was very clean. We use it for winter storage and will be going back later this year.
These large bay doors are a bad design for a storage locker. Birds frequently enter the building and the staff admits it is not always easy to remove them. Other than that, the place is pretty clean and accommodating. I do wish that they would not play music as it can be annoying for people who have to work here for a long period of time.
