I highly recommend Stor Self Storage in Southlake. I had to rent a unit quickly when my sister passed away. Rick the manager made the process of choosing and renting a unit so easy, he is so helpful, kind and cares about his customers. I rented a storage unit from Stor in Southlake years ago and rented another from them recently. I was happy with the first unit and have been happy with the second as well. Stor's customer service has been top-notch on both occasions. The gentleman who helped me rent my most recent unit worked after closing to help me out, and was patient and courteous the whole time. I rented a storage room with this facility for over a year. I was routinely impressed by their cleanliness, professionalism, and over all responsiveness. The rental room price was extremely reasonable. 10/10 recommend!
