Long-story-short this place is awesome! I stored with them several years back for a year or two and had no issues. The units are clean - NO issues with mice, bugs, or water. Kathleen is ALWAYS helpful and cheerful and just a pleasure to work with! I spoke with Kathleen this morning and secured a 10x10 unit for my current storage needs and the process took about 10 minutes and was smooth! I can't say thank you enough to the owners of this storage facility. I had a pipe freeze and burst in my garage and needed a place to store my jet skis for repairs and clean up. Kathleen so incredibly helpful and was able to get me a storage unit same day and a great prize for the size of the I door unit. The hours are flexible allowing me access after working long hours when I needed to move things. I will use them again if I ever need storage again.
Clean, well kept, and secure. The assistance I received from the staff has been efficient .
This is a wonderful facility if you’re looking for a storage unit. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again in the future.
Stor-Room has accommodated all of my needs! Kathleen has always been easy to reach if I ever need anything and is always extremely helpful!! Security is very important at this location which means a lot to me. I always rest assured that my valuables are safe.
