BEWARE-initially a nice & friendly place but the tables turned with my mother and I having the same name. We each had different units and rented at different times. The staff became confused with our similar names so they changed our names for their own convenience and without notifying us. This all came to be with my mother passing away and the storage facility started doing unscrupulous business tactics, they created their own mess and refused to correct it. Stor-Room is great!!! Friendly staff, clean units, and can't beat the price.
Long-story-short this place is awesome! I stored with them several years back for a year or two and had no issues. The units are clean - NO issues with mice, bugs, or water. Kathleen is ALWAYS helpful and cheerful and just a pleasure to work with! I spoke with Kathleen this morning and secured a 10x10 unit for my current storage needs and the process took about 10 minutes and was smooth! The office staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. It was a very easy process. We’re very happy with the space that we received for the value. I would highly recommend this location. Management and staff are great.
