Good service and amenities for storage
Absolutely wonderful experience with STOR-N-LOCK on Federal Way in Boise. Todd at the facility was so helpful when we rented 2 storage spaces with setting up delivery of our huge moving truck from the moving company. Would definitely use them again if needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Todd at Stor-N-Lock went above and beyond helping me during a stressful move and storage transition. He was professional, kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had the right storage solution, and truly made me feel taken care of.
