Amazing customer service! Lori and Todd go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they truly want you to have the best experience while at Stor-N-Lock! Storage units are very spacious, clean, and easily accessible! I am a returning customer, when I needed a storage unit, Stor-N-Lock was the first place that came to my mind because they truly care about helping you with all of your storage needs and their customer service is excellent!
Todd was a pleasure to work with. He was up front about all of the costs associated with renting the storage space. He was clear about what were one-time fees and what were recurring charges. He has a great personality and was easy to talk to while still remaining highly professional. Those don't always go hand in hand! The facility has great security, convenient hours, and is new and very well kept. I absolutely recommend renting from here. In fact this is the second space we've rented at this location.
