I rented a unit Monday. November 3rd. And paid $75 deposit and was told by the lady in the office that it would be refunded when unit was empty. Also paid $75 for the unit. Only used it for 6 days and called because she wasn’t in the office and she said that I would get no money back I told her that she lied to me and I would be there at 1:30 when she was supposed to be back in the office. I got my deposit of $75 back and nothing else And I had to demand that. This place is a joke I would never recommend that anyone use them

So many people break into these storages. They do nothing about it. She actually thinks it's funny, I have witnessed plenty and gone through a lot there If you do not pay in cash watch your bank account they take several payments without you noticing right away. I do not recommend store nlock. There are so many better ones that even cheaper and nicer and respect you. And don't steel from you.. gates hardly ever work. Codes hardly ever work.
