Phenomenal experience! As soon as I reserved a unit, I received a call from Karen. She made sure that I knew exactly what to expect with the paperwork/getting into my storage unit. I went into the office to speak with them just to review the pricing and both Karen and Greg were so helpful. It was very hot outside and they offered us cold water bottles! Thank you Karen and Greg for your exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this place to rent a storage unit from.
I originally rented a unit online, they had good deals going. The unit was smaller than expected. Karen and Greg called me, asked about my experience and how the unit is working out. We discussed a few options about getting a bigger unit. Saturday my spouse and I went to the facility to speak with them and switch units. Had a really great experience with Greg and Karen at the Store n lock. My girlfriend rented a unit, we went to the facility to upgrade to a bigger unit or at least a different layout. Greg and Karen were very friendly, courteous and personable. They made the experience even better than anticipated and honestly Greg and Karen would be the reason I’d stay long term in this storage location! Job well done and thank you both!
Greg and Karen are AMAZING! They both love what they do and took very good care of us. They made sure our unit fit us and our needs perfectly as well as made the process of renting the unit and completing paperwork extremely easy. Thank you guys!!
Karen and Greg were so helpful, friendly and attentive. They helped me pick out the most ideal unit for my mom, and even helped her over the phone set up her account and explain everything step by step.
