The way these guys lost my respect over time needs to be studied 😭 Upfront they're nice and polite and act like they're one of the "good businesses", that whole façade. But it slowly becomes clear they're just run of the mill gangsters. Charged me a $200 clean up fee for throwing away a drum set with the biggest item being the bass drum, the size of a box medium-large basically. I’ve been a customer here for over a year and have multiple units with them, Lily is amazing!! She’s the reason we keep getting more units and staying! They are super responsive with any questions or issues and so helpful and friendly! 10/10!
The worst and most unprofessional customer service ever accept for the lady running the office she gets 5 stars. Good prices place is run down I pay my bill every month and i cant get access to my unit because my key is not working. I am a authorized contact of the storage unit my key was not working with my lock Spoke with Patrick over the phone very rude.
