About a year ago, I had no clue how to store a vehicle or anything for that matter and guarantee it wasn't going to cost and arm and a leg. I discovered Sto-Mor Self Storage by coincidence and was blessed to be helped by Lili T. who was phenomenal. She helped guide me through the quick process and before I knew it, I was able to store my Ford Focus for about a year, before deciding to part ways with the vehicle. The way these guys lost my respect over time needs to be studied 😭 Upfront they're nice and polite and act like they're one of the "good businesses", that whole façade. But it slowly becomes clear they're just run of the mill gangsters. Charged me a $200 clean up fee for throwing away a drum set with the biggest item being the bass drum, the size of a box medium-large basically. I’ve been a customer here for over a year and have multiple units with them, Lily is amazing!! She’s the reason we keep getting more units and staying! They are super responsive with any questions or issues and so helpful and friendly! 10/10!
