Terrible ordered a building in October...they finally wanted to deliver in February...asked for a refund to get the actual bigger size...sent a refund of 7 dollars and some change....meanwhile the bigger building was no longer available...ughhh headache all the way around....

Customer initially delayed delivery stating they were waiting on blocks to be delivered to their property and were then waiting for their ground to dry after rain. Stor-Mor waited several weeks for the customer to allow delivery until a monthly payment was due. Customer did not make payment. Order was cancelled. Signed cancellation policy indicates that you can only get a full refund within three business days of order being placed.
Big rip off..we bought a building for 17000.00...we put 9000.00 down the girl that sold us the building lied..was told 24 month pay and be done...we get the paperwork for payments...we will be paying 23000.00...something does not add up...

In looking at your order, you took advantage of a rent to own option that we make available to customers who do not wish to, or are unable to, pay for the building in full at the time of the sale. In the rent to own contract that was signed on 11/12/21, you agreed to the rent to own terms. Misleading website, slow processing and no customer service. Never again...

After Mr. ****** received his building, he contacted Stor-Mor Portable Buildings Corporate Office regarding a mistype on the Corporate website in reference to the construction of the building in which he purchased. After this was brought to Stor-Mor Portable Buildings' attention, it was immediately corrected. Mr. ****** requested a discount on his purchase. A discount was issued to the customer in the form of a partial refunded for his trouble.
