Spoke with wife andExplained we wanted a built on site. After giving a price from husband we find out that’s a prebuilt unit and it’s about 2500 more to build on site! We said ok and was told 4-6 weeks out. 6 weeks out called the Husband and he said I would have to call main office as he didn’t handle anything after purchase the office controlled it from there! We ordered a building off of their lot that already had electric. We were VERY careful about the building. We talked to the sales rep extensively, we talked to the delivery driver. We sent a video from our road all the way to the spot where the building would be. It was cleared by the rep and the driver. Then they brought the building and the driver said he couldn’t get it under the power lines and that there was no where else to deliver it and took it back to the store. On 4/6/2022 we ordered one of StorMor’s largest size building thru a StorMor’s sales rep, near where we live. The rep told us that it would only take 4 to 6 wks for StorMor to build and ship the bldg to us but it actually took 11 weeks and 2 days, receiving it on 6/24/2022! We had a full concrete foundation laid to set the bldg, leveled and blocked, on top! The rep had detailed the delivery more than twice with us, stating that StorMor was providing the leveling of our bldg plus 2 solid concrete blocks spaced every 8ft on ea... read more

The customer then ordered and cancelled three more buildings for a total of four orders and cancellations over the course of three weeks. On 4/26/22, the customer placed a finalized order. This was the fifth order for this customer and starts the time period in which the order took to complete, which was 8.5 weeks from the order date to the delivery date.
