Craig has been excellent very helpful and professional from the star, the storage spaces are super well kept and pristine, we are currently transferring from a bigger shed to another and there has been no pressure to hurry up and move, very lenient which is very helpful. We appreciate you and 100% recommend

Craig was extremely helpful from start to finish, and the communication was the best I’ve ever had from a business. Everything was provided well in advance with clear, simple instructions, and the shed itself was in great condition. It’s obvious the team pride themselves on running things well. Hats off to them. I’d definitely recommend!

I would give them 10 stars if I could they are absolutely amazing - All the staff went out of their way to ensure my storage was kept safe and that my account was always up to date and If ever there was any reason for late payment always called me to let me know and offer help with payment plans making sure I was not at risk of ever losing it ect .For what was supposed to be just a simple maybe couple of months moving back to Queensland from nsw to ending up requiring over 5 years storing so many of my most treasured items a... read more

Hi all, if your looking for an affordable self storage, then stor-mate is for you, my wife and I have rented a large storage shed from Craig and the crew for the last 4 years and they are the most helpful crew ever, they have one of the most secure sites in Tamworth that has to offer, my wife and I strongly recommend stor-mate for all your storage needs, 5 Star stor-mate thank you so much for all the years.
