I love that theyre open 24/7 but hate that the only way u can get into the facility u have to use ur cell phone to get in and around in facility
Just recently moved to Idaho needed a large storage facility, told Gabby of my need she put me on a list for one of the bigger size units, and as soon as one became available, she called me and it was a super easy process to rent the unit. I am looking forward to many years of this unit and grateful for Gabby and all your help.
Got a U-haul truck here and used it for 10 miles in about 3 hours to move a couch. Turned it in and they charged me for four gallons of gas.....for ten total miles, I checked the gas indicator when i turned it it it had not moved. I called to fix it and they suggested that i call U-haul to resolve it. Not worth the fight but I will not go here again.
Was very attentive and helpful.
