I called a couple months back about an RV covered storage space and at the time, there was no availability. Jazz put me on the waiting list. Fast forward to yesterday and I got a call that a space was available. In talking with jazz, he was helpful and friendly and made sure I understood he wouldn't give up the space until I got back to him or he getting back to me.
