Glynis and myself had a wonderful experience with Stor-it Ballarat Self Storage. From our first contact we found Cybele to be most helpful. We lived in Melton and needed somewhere to store our possessions. Stor-it offered free cartons, and free pick up from our place. On the arranged day Melton had an awful downpour that lasted all day. It was so wet our pick up had to be cancelled. Cybele was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. I love that they offer free boxes as well as provide the moving service. It made it all very easy! I would highly recommend!
Fantastic facility - spotlessly clean and easy access. Cybele is amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Would highly recommend Stor-it to anyone looking for a safe and secure place to store their goods.
