I've been using Stor-Guard for access control at my self-storage facilities for years. Their equipment is very high quality and their access control program is intuitive, works great, and seamlessly integrates with Sitelink. Highly recommended.
Takes 2-4 months to get system to me (not even installed) because owners don't buy parts to sell. Also, when I went in there I couldn't talk to anyone because no one was in the front of the office. Just two people somewhere in the back yelling at each other. Unprofessional business. BEWARE!
Operating system is terrible. So many issues that they can’t fix. Price is better than others, but I would have rather paid more for something better. Most of the people are helpful and nice, even though there are lots of bugs in the system they can’t fix and don’t know if it will ever get fixed. It’s not their fault, but they need a better team to fix their software and app.
