A-1 Top Notch business. Selling my home with a delay before my new home would be ready, Stor a Lot was the perfect choice for my needs. As my needs grew I was helped and guided along the way with what was BEST for me as a customer. Friendly honest information. I have 5 units of varying sizes but all went smoothly. Climate control options and 24-hour SECURE access gave me peace of mind for all of my possessions. I wish I could give more stars. More businesses should be this customer and service centric. John was the most helpful as my parents got a storage across town. We showed up loaded up with my truck and her car. Nobody was in the office. Sign said be will be back at 9:30. Well it was 10:30. So we called. The person on the phone said that the employee was onsite and would be there in 10 mins. So we waited and in the m a time it started raining on my parents boxes. We called back. I used stor a lot for a little over a year in a climate controlled unit. Always clean and well maintained. Plus they give you a lock to keep and reuse if needed. I will definitely use them again.
