Customer service was always friendly, gated access was convenient and overall property was clean. The only issue was that when I went to clear out my unit, it seems there is mice/rodents. That said I understand that it is difficult to be completely pest free, luckily there was no pest damage to any of my belongings and I attribute that to storing most items in plastic storage totes. Overall good experience, this is the 3rd unit I’ve rented with this company, the second at this particular site.
They have been wonderful . Had what we needed at a good price.
Never had an issue with billing or gate access.
Secure and clean
Awesome storage facility great owners, personal touch easy sign up easy to leave only canceled due to not needing anymore. Good prices, clean and safe facilities.
