The Stopwatch urgent care of Springville Alabama have been the go to urgent care since my relocation from Maryland. The staff there will give you and your family the greatest not best but their greatest attention from the front desk recipient to the RPN and her staff in the back. I hope the doctor or NP don’t mind me giving her name NP
Made an online appointment for 11:45. Was given a balance from past appointments. Verified from my secondary insurance they never sent the visit with them and now it’s untimely and can’t be paid. Then watched a walk in go before me scheduled time and two others that were not in the queue after my name was next and had a 0-15 wait time. Do not go. They are incompetent
