I have been going here since I was a little girl today I went in to get my skirt opened up, didn’t matter the price didn’t matter if I had the correct fabric or not. Very professional. Fairly priced. Old school shoe repair which also can do minor tailoring, hemming and repair of seams in backpacks, and in my case, a modest sized computer carrying case. I highly recommend Simon's expertise!
They did a wonderful job repairing my larger strap on my sandal that broke. Great work. I took off a star since I had to go several times to drop off and pick up the shoe as they were unexpectedly closed due to a medical issue. While I understand that is not in their control, as a customer I found it frustrating to have to go more than once to find out it’s closed.
