From day one it was a flawless experience. Mayco and Emma always kept me updated on progress. Trey the man who came out to do the job was so wonderful a credit to their company. I felt safe with him in and out of my home. The job looks AMAZING. I strongly recomend this company
Great customer experience. The process from start to finish was well managed and controlled and I felt very relaxed with the team. The cost was very competitive and the work completed was first class thanks to Jack. What was a very concerning rot issue initially was addressed and fixed quite quickly and without fuss. Do Not use Stop the Rot!!!! I was quoted for a repair of 10 windows The quote was sent to me for $3200 This was agreed upon by all parties I paid the deposit and work began about 6 weeks later (I understood the delayed start due to it being over the Christmas/NYE period) Once the job was completed They provided me with a final quote saying that I owed them $5200 And over the phone they told me I agreed to this price when there is absolutely not paperwork/email or documentation to confirm this!!! Stop the Rot has just completed the repair works, which were quite extensive. Ben was very thorough and professional when he initially came out to assess and quote. Despite a minor hiccup with the quotation, which was quickly sorted, my wife and I were very happy with the quality of the repairs. We'd also like to express our thanks to the repairers, the 2 Jacks and Laurent. The guys were great! Can fully recommend STR if you want a quality job.
Excellent work. The guys worked hard for two days and did a fantastic job. The only issue is the mess left behind from sanding.
