She made sure I had everything I needed and was happy to assist with any questions. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The entire process was quick and painless. The manager, Walter, provided all the information I needed over the phone and was extremely helpful from the start. When I arrived at the facility, he continued to be friendly, courteous, and professional, making the whole experience very easy. I highly recommend this storage facility and truly appreciate the excellent customer service Walter provided.
