I am in disbelief on how disrespectful the employees here. The self check out lady with very short hair and glasses came up to me and just stared at me for until I asked her how I could help her. She then proceeded to yell at me that the self check out lane was close when it said the lane was open. She could have just asked me to go to a different lane but instead asked me if I knew how to read and lifted the sign and said clearly it says closed.
