Susan is very unprofessional. She called my place of work to get some information about a claim for a prescription and her whole demeanor was very unprofessional! As someone who has been in this environment for a very long time she needs to be let go, if she’s rude like this to to many professionals she will run this business down.
Well, another good pharmacy being dismantled by people who have no idea how to do their job. I do not recommend anybody using the Pembroke stop& shop pharmacy on Church Street
The staff are always kind and patient with me. I'm constantly there asking questions, or picking up this or that between my kids and I. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile :) I've worked at a pharmacy, I think the closed break is so great. Otherwise none would get a chance to breathe. Thank you for consistent convenient service!
