Mismanaged store. Can’t meet pickup order timeframe expectations. Just keep you waiting while giving excuses why they are delayed.
Very poor service , especially at the pharmacy!!!
I started traveling 1 hour to this pharmacy to get prescriptions filled that were out of stock elsewhere. First, they are always in stock here. Second, the pharmacy staff is excellent. Today I once again made the trip here from my local Duane Reade because my prescription was out of stock. Worse, Duane Reade mistakenly ran my insurance to fill a generic version of the medication and, since it was showing as previously filled, Stop & Shop could not fill it unless DR reversed the mistake.
